without extreme quality loss, therefore we have
chosen not to offer well done steaks.

We serve only the very best USDA Prime Steaks. Cooking these steaks well done removes the
attributes that make it a great steak. Medium well is the highest temperature we can achieve due to the tremendous
marbling in this premium grade of beef.

We can not offer you some of our classic menu items until our vendors can provide the “quality and value” you are accustomed to
at Johnny Manhattan’s. Prime Rib, Lobster Tail’s, Crab Legs and Lamb just to name a few items. We thank you for your patience
during these challenging times.
